Launching Something New: Growth Collective

There’s one more thing I’m especially excited about.

We’re co-launching a new investing networking community called:

This is not another large, transactional networking room.

Growth Collective is designed for serious investors who:

A New Board Seat

I’m proud to share that I’ve joined the Board of Directors of CIBPA Hamilton-Halton Chapter.

CIBPA (Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association) has a long history of supporting business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs across our region. Hamilton continues to evolve as a serious business community, and I’m excited to contribute to that momentum.

For me, this isn’t just a title.

It’s about helping strengthen the connections between business owners, real estate investors, and professionals who want to build something meaningful here at home.

Hamilton has depth. It has grit. It has ambition.

I’m looking forward to helping shape what’s next.

San Diego: Rent-to-Own in Action

This month also took me to San Diego to deliver rent-to-own training alongside the team at Surge U.

Every time I teach RTO, I’m reminded why I still love this model.

It creates:

• Opportunity for tenant-buyers

• Strong cash flow and structured exits for investors

• A clear path to ownership for families who need time

The conversations in San Diego were sharp. Investors are asking better questions. They want systems. They want structure. They want to do this properly.

That’s the level of thinking I enjoy working with.

On Stage: Mission 35 Awards

I also had the privilege of serving as MC at the Mission 35 Annual Awards Ceremony.

Hosting events like this is one of my favourite roles.

An awards night isn’t just about handing out plaques. It’s about:

• Celebrating commitment

• Recognizing risk-takers

• Creating energy in the room

As an MC, my job is simple:
Hold the room.
Keep the pace.
Make people feel connected.

There’s something powerful about watching leaders celebrate each other.

And yes, we had some fun along the way.

A Week in the Sun

In between the travel and stages, I managed to get a week away with the family in the Caribbean.

Sun. Ocean. Family Time.
No schedule.

I’ve learned that building businesses without intentional recovery is a short-term strategy.

Time away sharpens perspective.

And often, the best ideas come when you stop trying to force them.

I Was Thinking

There’s a common thread across everything this month:

Boardrooms.
Classrooms.
Ballrooms.
Meeting Rooms.

Different environments.
Same principle.

Put yourself in good rooms.

Whether it’s a business association, an investing mastermind, an awards gala, or a curated investor circle the environment shapes the conversations you have.

And conversations shape decisions.
